05.00 AM                 : Pickup at your Hotel.

05.00 – 06.00 AM   : Visit to Lovina Beach.

06.00 – 10.00 AM   : Arrive in Lovina Beach (participants can enjoy the beauty of the sunset on a boat while accompanied by dolphins who swim cutely, participants                                      can also swim directly with dolphins and do snorkeling too) and enjoy with breakfast.

10.00 AM                : Back to Hotel and free program.

• The tour is suitable for participants aged 7-65 years old.
• Not recommended for pregnant travelers.
• Time adjusts depending on the situation and natural conditions.
• If you book a shared boat, you will go with another group in one boat. (8-10 people). And the duration of the tour is 2 hours for just watching dolphins and 2.5-3 hours for those that include snorkeling.
• If you order a private boat. You can choose a departure between 6 or 8.30 am. The duration of the tour is 2 hours for just watching dolphins and 2.5-3 hours for those that include snorkeling.
• Children are free (0 – 5 years). Ages 6 years and over pay normal price.
• Travel times will be adjusted depending on weather conditions and boat crowds.

• Reservations or bookings can be made via WhatsApp or the Booking Form.
• Payment is due upon arrival at the location or to our team with cash.
• If paying with a debit or credit card, an additional 3% charge will apply to the total payment.
• A cancellation fee of 50% of the total payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is canceled within one day prior to the client’s pick-up.
• No-shows or cancellations on the booking date will incur a charge of 100% of the total payment.
• Insurance coverage is applicable exclusively for accidents involving individuals aged 7 to 65 years.
• Coverage is subject to the terms outlined in our insurance policy or that of our partners.
• Please note that coverage does not extend to lost, damaged, or similar items.
• The photos and videos displayed on our website are from one or several providers or partners with whom we collaborate.
• We work in partnership with several providers or partners.
• The location of activities is based on the availability of our providers or partners on the day of the activities.
• if ordering this package is sudden. Insurance cannot be covered and the insurance money will be returned.
• If you order this package so that the insurance can be processed and covered at least 4 days before booking.
